The people at Malicious Diesel are a pleasure to work with. My truck has been nickel-and-diming me the last few months because I have been working it non-stop and haven't had time to do preventative maintenance. Any time something gives up the ghost, I call Malicious and they somehow always manage to squeeze me in within a day of drop-off and they get the work done quickly and correctly. They're pricing is very reasonable and the quotes given before the work is done is pretty accurate when it comes time to pay. They have taken good care of myself and my truck and I will continue having them do the things I can't/don't have the time to do. 5 stars service all day.

After one mechanic at a different shop misdiagnosed my car, and the next mechanic at another different shop no showed my appointment, Malicious Diesel took my car in for a diagnostic on 0 notice. Their customer service is better than any shop I’ve been to in the Elizabeth City area. And when I came back to get my car fixed, they were reasonably priced, did the work in a timely manner, and did a great job with it. My G37 is running perfectly now and I also now trust them with my Maxima as well.
